Hello, I’m Andy—an Edinburgh‑based hobbyist photographer.
It started with a fascination for Scotland’s scenery: big skies, shifting weather and those rare moments when the light just lands perfectly. It really peaked when I began photographing my daughter’s rhythmic gymnastics, trying to freeze those mid‑air moments for her team. Since then I’ve been happiest with a camera in hand, outdoors in natural light, learning new techniques and chasing the next shot.
These days I split my time between landscapes, cityscapes or some of man made marvels. You’ll usually find me on a hillside for sunrise, at an air show listening for Merlins, or trackside panning through an apex. I don’t have a studio, just curiosity, patience and the great outdoors.
