Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you buy prints or digital downloads from Andy Kemp Photography. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who you're buying from

Andy Kemp Photography is a trading name of Andy Kemp Consulting Ltd, registered in Scotland (company number SC878818). VAT number GB513227917.

Your order

When you pay, we email a confirmation. That email is our acceptance of your order and forms the contract between us.

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Postage is shown in your basket before you pay.

Prints

Prints are made to order and usually posted within 7 working days. Colours can vary slightly between screens and paper.

Digital downloads

Digital files are for personal, non-commercial use. You'll receive download links by email straight after payment. The links work for 30 days.

Cancellations and returns

For prints, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Tell us by email, then return the print in its original condition within a further 14 days. We refund the price and standard postage within 14 days of getting it back. You pay the return postage unless the print is faulty.

If a print arrives damaged or faulty, email us with a photo within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

For digital downloads, you agree at checkout that the download starts straight away and that you lose your right to cancel once it does. This doesn't affect your rights if a file is faulty.

All photographs remain the copyright of Andy Kemp Photography. Buying a print or file doesn't transfer copyright or give commercial usage rights. For licensing, get in touch.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers can be spent on any print, framed print or digital download on this site. They can't be exchanged for cash. If an order costs less than a voucher's value, the rest stays on the code for another order. If it costs more, you pay the difference by card.

Each voucher shows its expiry date. Once it has expired, any balance left on it can't be used. Keep the code safe: whoever has the code can spend it.

You can cancel a voucher you've bought within 14 days of buying it for a full refund, as long as none of it has been spent. If an order paid partly or fully by voucher is refunded, the voucher part goes back on the voucher.

Vouchers are a way of paying, so no VAT is charged when you buy one. VAT is included in the price of whatever the voucher is spent on.

Promo codes

Promo codes come off the price of prints and downloads, as described when the code is issued, and can't be exchanged for cash. One promo code can be used per order, alongside a gift voucher if you have one. Codes can't be used to buy gift vouchers. Codes may have an end date, a minimum spend or a limit on uses, and may be withdrawn at any time. If an order is refunded, the code isn't reissued.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
